TRV is a type of joint stock company enterprise with legal status, seal, organization and operation charter; may open accounts in Vietnamese dong and foreign currencies at the State Treasury, domestic and foreign banks in accordance with law; directly perform production and business tasks and invest capital in other enterprises.

TRV has its own capital and assets, is solely responsible for its debts with all its assets in accordance with the law.
